Returns Policy
At BagsVault, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If, however, you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided there is a genuine reason for the request, such as a defect or incorrect item.
Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the form given below. Once submitted, our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Conditions: Items must be unused, with original tags, and in the same condition that you received them. BagsVault reserves the right to reject any return or exchange if the item does not meet these criteria.
Refunds: If your return is approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
